Michael Stern’s 81-story tower in 迈阿密’s Brickell Financial District is moving forward according to court records. 的温柔的 & 加巴纳-branded tower has won their first step of zoning approval from 迈阿密-Dade County with an 11-0 vote.
According to the new site plan, the tower will be built to 81 stories with 259 residential units, 略低于103,000 square feet of commercial space with retail, 餐厅, spa and wellness center (gym) uses. There will also be 273 parking spaces.
The elevations show that the tower will rise 1,049英尺, which goes to the maximum allowed in that area due to the proximity to the flight paths going into 迈阿密 International Airport.
Any project that is built in 迈阿密’s Brickell Financial District is bound to be hot, but Dolce & 加巴纳 has an interesting spin on the market. 与他们的 unique layouts and condo-hotel offering, you could essentially use a portion of your residence and rent out a wing for extra income.

As of today, residences at 888 Brickell by Dolce & 加巴纳 are slated to range from one to four bedrooms and Tier 1 (friends and family) prices are set to range from $1.6 million to $11 million. Penthouse prices and details have not yet been released.
